The Fellowship blog includes “featured bloggers,” who contribute to the blog several times a month and offer their perspectives on Baptist life. Our featured bloggers represent various regions – fromTexas to Maine to California, and various areas of Baptist life — from pastors to advocates to professors. Mary Beth Caffey, pastor 
Mary Beth is the pastor of Pathway Community Church which is located in Lewiston, Maine. She has lived in New England for the past 25 years and loves calling Maine her adopted home. In addition to being a pastor, Mary Beth is also an internet marketer. She loves to try to get that perfect picture of a Maine moose or lighthouse.

Jeremy Colliver, Current
Jeremy is the minister with youth at Faith Baptist Church in Georgetown, Ky. He earned a degree from Georgetown College and is working on a master of divinity degree from the Baptist Seminary of Kentucky. Jeremy also serves on the steering committee for Current, CBF’s young leaders network. He and his wife, Laura, are proud parents of their son, Blaine, and their dog, Ricky.

Mark Mofield, pastor
Mark has served as the pastor of First Baptist Church of Elon, N.C. since 2001. Mark also serves as the volunteer Baptist campus minister at Elon University. He received his master of divinity degree from Duke. Mark also maintains a personal blog. He and his wife, Amy, have two children, Justin and Noah. Mark enjoys reading, sports, playing golf, and messing around with technology.

Matt Norman, CBF staff
Matt is the personnel selection manager for CBF Global Missions. He and his wife, Michelle, previously served in the missions field, working among international students in Canada. A graduate of Gardner-Webb, he grew up as a missionary kid in Uganda and Greece.

Chris O’Rear, pastoral counselor
Chris serves as the director of clinical services for the Pastoral Counseling Centers of Tennessee, Inc. A licensed clinical pastoral therapist, he is also the chair of the CBF council on endorsement and previously served as moderator of Tennesee CBF. A member of First Baptist Church of Nashville, Tenn., he is married to Lynda and has two teenage daughters.

Robert Prince, pastor
Robert is senior pastor of the First Baptist Church of Waynesville, N.C. He’s married with two grown children, and is a graduate of Baylor University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. In addition to being a pastor for almost 30 years, he has frequently taught at seminaries. His hobbies are watching old movies and collecting Gerry Anderson artifacts. 

Melanie Storie, new field personnel
Melanie, along with her husband, Matt, will be commissioned at CBF field personnel at the CBF General Assembly June 18. Melanie and Matt will be serving in Perry County, Ala. The community is one of the focal counties of Together for Hope, the Fellowship’s rural poverty initiative. Melanie is a native of Sanford, N.C.

Jennifer Wilmore, advocate
As a CBF Student.Go intern, Jennifer serves at Bread for the World in Washington, D.C.  She is a graduate of Samford University, where she majored in political science. She is passionate about fighting poverty, traveling and peanuts.
